ya, this is also one of the thing.some Subordinates we  Don't Follow Orders,i  am thinkng what happen to my  Subordinates.Why we  Don't Follow Orders?

This is a very good point Randy!
The same is in my company. Managers don't have any power nor ability to drive the workers to accept an organizational change when neccessary. The only one who can is the company owner. I really think about it all the time how to motivate the workers...

How do you control your subordinates if they don't follow you? They only obey what the owners of the company tell them and not the designated managers. My co-workers are like that and I pity our manager because he doesn't have the leadership skill even though he is very knowledgeable about our service.
